World acclaimed Lager, Tiger beer on Sunday, threw its weight behind the highly anticipated Born in Africa Festival (BAFEST).

The beer brand which was launched back in April this year has been making giant strides in the beer industry and continued its remarkable run with this impressive partnership with Livespot to deliver a very iconic music and arts festival.

Lagos is no stranger to the nightlife and the December celebrations. This month alone, over 10 of Nigeria’s biggest entertainers have either hosted a concert or is gearing up to host one.

This customary December party season has seen many fun-loving Nigerians have to decide on which show to attend and which ones to miss.

However, BAFEST provided a night which was a summation of all the Lagos concerts all in one.

The line-up of artistes featured the likes of Kizz Daniel, Olamide, Tiwa Savage, Flavour, Awilo Longomba, Falz, and Burna Boy.

The event organizers took it a step further with Tiger beer adding some spice to the event with its Tiger corner.

The corner featured a graffiti wall, as well as a car covered in very colorful graffiti. The beer brand pulled no stops in providing the ambiance to match its very ambitious brand narrative.

Beyond the stellar performances, the concert also featured an awe-inspiring aerodynamics show, with various drummers and dancers performing, while suspended in the air.

This concert was also a fun link-up for a lot of the millennials (particularly the 90s kids) who could not hide their excitement at being thrilled to modern hits as well classic tunes which got the whole crowd nostalgic.

With so many young teeming adults in attendance, it was no surprise that Tiger beer was the official beer brand of the event.

The beer brand is quickly becoming one of the coolest brands in the Nigerian beer scene and the younger demographic seem to be loving it.

The Tiger corner was where the cool kids went to get their buzz, as well as photos for social media, as the graffiti wall and car, by the very talented Osa Seven, provided the perfect backdrop.

Speaking on Tiger’s involvement at the Festival, Brand Manager, International brands, Nigerian Breweries Plc, Chinwe Greg-Egu said, “Tiger beer celebrates the passion and daring nature of young Nigerians.

“The brand highlights their courage as they dare to be different and stand out.

“BAFEST gives us the opportunity to engage with our core consumers as they come together to celebrate the best things about being African.

“We are happy to be part of this event and we are glad we’ve been able to immerse the brand in the African and Nigerian culture through the Born In Africa Festival.”

This concert delivered on all fronts and with a remarkable closing performance by Burna Boy which got everyone buzzing, BAFEST etched its name in history as one of the greatest concerts in recent memory.
