Zain is offering subscribers an opportunity to talk more for less under the terms of the special offer tagged: “One4One,” which commenced last week.
With this, when any new or existing customer uses a minute to call any Zain line, he is automatically credited with one bonus minute within the same call.
Emeka Oparah, head of Corporate Communications, Zain Nigeria, said the telecom giant is introducing the offer at this time because of its desire to assist Nigerians to stay in touch with family, friends and business associates despite the effect of the current global economic realities.
“With Zain One4One, customers get a bonus minute when they make a minute call to any Zain line. For instance, if you make a 2-minute call to any Zain line, you only pay for one while Zain pays for the other minute within the same call. If a customer makes 10minutes call to any Zain line, he only pays for 5 minutes while Zain takes care of the other remaining charge within that call. Every time you call another Zain line, you pay for one minute and Zain pays for the next minute of the same call,” he explained.
“This is a unique offer in many ways and the benefits are numerous. The introduction of One4One clearly demonstrates our commitment to translate our brand philosophy of helping people everywhere Zain operates to see, experience and appreciate a “Wonderful World,” he said.
Oparah expressed confidence that the offer will offer some relief to homes and businesses at this “critical time.”
The offer, which terminates next month end is open to both pre-paid and post-paid customers and is applicable during peak and off-peak periods.
