Zain Nigeria recently held a prize presentation ceremony in Lagos for some of the winners of Don’t Forget the Lyrics, a popular reality TV show it sponsors which airs for the first time in Nigeria and in Africa.
The objectives of the ceremony were to present cash prizes to contestants/winners and to thank Journalists for consistently reporting the programme.
Winners were presented with cheques at the ceremony, which had in attendance Khaled Khorshid, chief operating officer, Zain Nigeria; Moustafa Younes, marketing director; Adetola Macgregor, manager, Marketing Communications; presenter of the show, Kemal Salau; and Dapo Ojo, producer of the show and COO, Rapid Blue Format, among others.
Don’t Forget the Lyrics is the biggest prize money music show in the history of reality TV shows in the country. It made a debut in the United States just over a year ago and currently runs in 31 countries across four continents.
Zain says music is one of her ways of expressing commitment to creating a world of laughter, fortune, fun and freedom for all its customers, and so is determined to connect with customers in a variety of ways and in diverse locations - at home, at work and at places where they play.
