GlobalPlatform, the organization which standardizes the management of applications on secure chip technology, is pleased to welcome Mahindra Comviva as its newest member.

Mahindra Comviva is among the top 3 mobile financial technology providers across the globe processing over $20 billion in payment flows, handling millions of transactions every day and serving 700+ million consumers globally.

As an Observer Member, Mahindra Comviva, a leading provider of mobility solutions, will take a keen interest in the activities of the GlobalPlatform Advisory Council and the Mobile Task Force.

This group works to understand the business requirements of the secure mobile services ecosystem and aims to ensure an agreed and workable application management infrastructure is established.
