Samsung Electronics West Africa has stepped up its nationwide market expansion drive in Nigeria, with the opening of a new, premium service centre in the country.
Strategically located in the heart of Lekki, Lagos, Samsung’s new Customer Service Plaza provides consumers with instant access to service, repairs and enquires on Samsung’s full range of audio-visual, mobile and computing devices in a standalone location.
Aimed at enriching consumer brand experience, the centre serves as a training facility for Samsung device users as well as provides visitors with holistic lifestyle consulting services, including on-the-spot software upgrades and information on how to make the best use of Samsung’s smart ecosystem by utilizing accessories, content and service offerings that are available from the company.
The Lekki Customer Service Plaza is the latest in the series of Samsung’s roll out of premium, ultra-modern service centres all over Nigeria and brings the total number of the company’s customer service outlets in the country to 29, with 11 centres in Lagos alone.
Mr. Brovo Kim, managing director, Samsung Electronics West Africa, reiterated the company’s commitment to providing its customers with sound, convenient and impeccable after-sales service infrastructure.
“Given the overwhelming support that we have received from our customers, we have embarked on a plan to roll out new brand shops and customer service centres in strategic locations across Nigeria. Today, we are happy to deliver to our customers our Lekki service centre, which has been designed to meet the latest global standards,” Kim said.
He added: “We have always applied a customer-centric approach to our business - with us, the customer comes first. Our customers in Lekki and its surrounding communities can now enjoy peace of mind and rest assured that a service centre that can handle both major and minor repairs for their mobile and computing devices, as well as their consumer electronics and home appliances, is just around the corner”.
