Providing the right quality of service is crucial to contact centers. In most cases the right service delivery is determined by the implementation of the right processes such as adequate agent training, access to tools and even advanced capabilities. The importance and effectivity of these activities is reliant on the strength of the backbone infrastructure.

Contact centers interact mainly through voice, communication in this medium is quick and the right message must be relayed to the customer.

It is not a one way street however; the right message can only be relayed if the receiver is able to understand what is requested. In the case of a contact center, the clear message born out of processes can only be communicated if the request from the customer comes in crystal clear.

Speaking more on this, Sachin Bhatia, VP Business Development said “A lot of things can be lost in communication, whenever we talk to someone on the phone there is a lot of static and even other disturbances that affect what is said. If the disturbance is so high then the agent and to that extent the contact center would be unable to provide the best customer experience.”

Ameyo, the award winning IP-based solution from Drishti delivers HD Voice quality telephonic interactions through their Djinn Phone.

“In order for contact centers to perform at the highest level, they should not only have a reliable solution, but a complete one that provides end to end capabilities not only in the features but from the backbone infrastructure as well. Ameyo does exactly that, from delivering the best voice quality to intelligently reaching out to the right customers, contact centers get a boost in their effectiveness from the first day.” Sachin further added.
