Federal Capital Territory [FCT], has secured toll-free mobile lines to enable residents of the territory reach the administration with valuable information at no cost as part of efforts to provide improved services to residents.
Hajiya Jamilah Tangaza, senior special assistant to FCT minister on Information Management System, said, the measure would go a long way to tackle security challenges in the territory.
The six toll free lines would, according to her, enable residents and members of the public have unhindered access to the administration and bare their minds on the services rendered by the Administration.
"People can now have unhindered access to FCT Administration on any issue that would help improve on our services and security matters on any of the mobile lines," she said.
The numbers include 08099936312, 08099936313 and 08099936314 from Etisalat, while that from the MTN are: 08031230330, 08031230332 and 08031230331.
She maintained that apart from security issues, the toll free lines will create a robust communication between the Administration and members of the public, while calling on residents to take full advantage of the service.
Tangaza also emphasized the need for the public to use the toll lines to provide useful information that will enhance good governance in the Federal Capital Territory.
